Benchmarks
There are no numbers on this page yet. AIDM 0.1.0 processes exactly as ODX 3.8.4, and this release makes no speed or accuracy claim. The first measurements are planned for January 2027, after the per-stage profiling work.
The rule
Every speed or accuracy claim AIDroneMap makes will name:
- the dataset and the commit it was downloaded from;
- the engine version and image digest, and the ODX version it is compared with;
- the machine: CPU model, RAM, GPU, OS;
- the settings used, as the exact command line;
- per-stage wall time, total wall time and peak memory;
- for accuracy, the ground control or check points used and the method.
Runs are repeated, and every run is reported, not the best one.
What will be measured
- AIDM 0.1.0 against ODX 3.8.4 on the four open datasets, CPU and GPU, on the same machine. This is the baseline; the two should match.
- The engine built for modern CPUs against the generic build.
- Each speedup after that, against the previous release.
The scripts that produce the numbers will be in the aidm repository, so anyone can rerun them.
